We are always working on selling our RV's and upgrading our fleet! While we always try to give you the specific RV that you select it is possible that between the time you reserve your RV and the time you arrive for you rental we will have upgraded your RV. Unfortunately we cannot always guarantee you the exact size you ordered which is why we want you to select the size range you are comfortable with. In the very unfortunate event that one of the RV's have been damaged prior to your rental we will make every effort to accommodate you with another RV. We give extensive check out's prior to your departure for this very reason. So far we have been very lucky and not had many problems and with your help will continue that trend. |
